From here, you can do everything from enrolling in your school’s plan, set up a personal My Account to check your claim status, file medical claims, review the details of your plan or simply educate yourself on the basics of health insurance.

All full-time graduate assistants working 20 hours per week or graduate students receiving at least $10,000/year in scholarship or fellowship funding from Utah State University are required to purchase this student insurance at an 80% subsidized rate or show proof of qualifying comparable coverage each semester in order to waive.

SUBSIDIZED GRADUATE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WAIVE OR ENROLL EACH SEMESTER (FALL & SPRING) REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE CONTINUING THEIR COVERAGE OR NEWLY ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDIZED INSURANCE.
