2012 - 2013 School Year

HARD WAIVER STUDENT ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
If you are a……
Full-time graduate, Undergraduate and International student taking at least 6 credits who secure housing through Immaculata University; and all other students classified by Immaculata University as full-time who secure housing through Immaculata University you are required to purchase this insurance plan, unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.

 

ENROLL NOW IN COVERAGE ON-LINE.
 
  • Annual Enrollment Deadline:  9/10/12
  • Spring/Summer Enrollment Deadline: 1/25/13
  • Summer Enrollment: If you are a new incoming student for the Summer Session,

    enrollment is voluntary.     Please CONTACT US


If you have missed the hard waiver enrollment deadline, but have not previously waived out of the insurance, you will be automatically enrolled in the insurance by your school.

If you have previously waived out of the insurance and would like to enroll, or if your non-school sponsored coverage is being terminated and you are now looking to enroll in the Student Injury & Sickness plan, please contact your Student Health Center.

VOLUNTARY STUDENT 
If you are a….
Undergraduate student that is classified by Immaculata University as full-time and do not secure housing through Immaculata University you are eligible to enroll.  Please see Voluntary Student and Dependent Enrollment Instructions below.

 

 

DEPENDENTS
Eligible students who do enroll may also insure their Dependents. Please see Voluntary Student and Dependent Enrollment Instructions below.
